Multi-USE Surfaces

Above: Private Residence, Calgary. This court is used for tennis, volleyball, inline hockey, basketball etc. Notice 1/2 the court is set up as a basketball court. The tennis net separates the two sides, but could easily be removed (as the posts are sleeved). The volleyball posts shown are also sleeved. One other feature of this court is "mesh" type rebound nets at either end of the court. These allow players to shoot pucks at the nets without making a lot of noise - something neighbors appreciate.

In the winter, the owner lays and duct tapes together poly, puts up low hockey boards, and floods the courts. The lights allow play all year round. Tomko was involved with this job from start to finish supplying / installing all components.

Above: School, Vancouver.  This basketball court shows the type of design PLEXIFLOR can offer. The basketball hoops are gooseneck systems with aluminum backboards (do not rust like steel), and come with a lifetime warranty.  See code BB-616/4 in catalogue.  Other possible basketball systems are the "Institutional Quick Adjust" systems - i.e. BB-84535.
